The services were great, and everything was clean and organized. Ms. Lillie helped us at the front desk. Her kindness and willingness to assist were truly amazing.
I stay here often for work. It's always clean and quiet. Big spacious rooms with an indoor pool. Close to many restaurants, and Carolina Plaza. Not far from Carowinds. The staff are always very friendly and treat their guests well. There are vehicle break-ins occasionally, but it happens at EVERY hotel around Charlotte. Police have been patrolling to prevent future occurrences
Sam has been incredible! We are here from Florida for some family court things. We have not been easy guests and have needed a lot of random things and service and they have gone above and beyond. The hotel itself is super nice with soft beds and great amenities. 10/10 stars!
We were welcomed very nicely! Sam on the 3-11 shift was very helpful and very very polite! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast… awesome! When returning to this area I will definitely stay at this hotel and I will make my reservations with no one but Sam!!! The most helpful and polite man I have ever met at a hotel!!! Great Job Sam!!!! You’re a fantastic front desk clerk!!! Keep up the good work and we really enjoyed our stay here!!! Room # 101 will return!!
Staff could not be more accommodating, especially Sam at the front desk. Rooms and common areas are always kept clean and they also serve a great breakfast daily.
Lillie at the front desk is an absolute delight. We came in and she checked us in very quickly gave us all the info we needed and was just so pleasant to talk to. Talk about OUTSTANDING 10/10 customer service. We come to this area for our sons soccer tournaments and we will be staying here again all because of her ! The room is clean and spacious
